Hotel Staff excellent, very close to the old city center.
Hotel has no parking place. The park that is proposed is 400 m away. Only one room with balcony so is not very sure that you will get one.

Will come back when in Krakow, it's dope! Gorgeous hotel that has incredibly kind staff with a friendly manner. Freshly cooked dishes can be found in the outdoor restaurant...

The breakfast was the highlight with a vast amount to choose from.
Unfortunately, the room had really dirty walls, feel unwelcoming. There was also a really bad smell in the bathroom that lingered throughout our stay. For the price we paid, I expected much better quality and cleanliness, and we were quite disappointed overall.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was large and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and excellent value for money as well as the bar serving drinks which were well priced. Breakfast was included and was of a very high standard with them cooking on request as well as buffet provided. We would definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend it to family and friends who may visit Krakow in the future. Thank you Aparthotel Spatz.
The only thing that I can think of that may put people off is the fact that there is no lift. However this was not a problem for us. The staff offered to carry our bags up stairs so we didn't have to do that ourselves. However, this would not be suitable for disabled guests.

A home away from home
The spacious room provided a surprising burst of relaxation, and we loved the cozy courtyard for evening drinks. Staff were friendly.
While everything was lovely, we were let down by the lack of a restaurant on-site. It meant venturing out for every meal, a bit inconvenient at times.

Cleanliness. Location - in jewish district, walking distance from castle and main square (slightly further from train station, but still walkable).
Booked a double - but they put me in a single (though did change it when I asked). New room much nicer, but too hot. Too noisy. No blinds so was woken too early by daylight.

Krakow vibes and good brekkie 🇵🇱☕️
The brekkie selection was lekker, with fresh fruit and pancakes cooked to order! Chommie at reception was super friendly and sorted our airport transfers sharp-sharp. The location in the Jewish quarter made evening strolls so chill with loads of bars around.

We got a room with a walk-in shower.

The hotel is located near the city center. Its location in the former jewish 'Kazimierz' is splendid: the quarter is now restored and is home to numerous nice pubs and restaurants.
There is unfortunately no wifi in rooms on the second floor, but you can ask an internet cable to the desk so you do have internet in the room. The hotel does not have a public area during the day.

We loved the spacious room with great amenities, especially after long days exploring the city with our two teenagers. The hotel was conveniently located near amazing restaurants and bars, easy to grab a bite after sightseeing.
My kids wished there were some fun activities for them on-site.

Its breakfast was extensive and nice hot, we greatly enjoyed the location too.
It was an ideal and fairly clean hotel. The location was incredible and the staff members were efficient. Being a short walk from Pierozki u Vincenta was nice, we had dinner there. The restaurant was very nice with very good service and great food.

We booked a suite with additional amenities (bathrobe, slippers, toilet preparations ,....), and really nothing there. Booked.net Site should verify the information provided by hotels, sometimes. Bad breakfast. Lack of lift. Far parking.
